What benefits can you expect from our services?

  1. Your home and surrounding areas will be kept  clean and Well-Maintained at all times.
  2. Trees and flower gardens will receive proper care.
  3. If you have a lawn, we will ensure it is well-maintained as well.
  4. Your fences will be secured for added protection
  5. A camera system can be installed to allow for monitoring from anywhere in the world, at the owner’s expense. 
  6. When Home owners return for vacation, their property will be ready for immediate use with no additional cleaning required.
  7. If desired, we can place our company sign on your property to indicate that it is being  monitored and serviced by us.
  8. At owner’s expense, we can provide groceries and establish a vegetable garden to meet organic needs during their vacation   (available at an extra cost) 
  9. We also offer car services for local transportation during your stay in Jaffna    (additional charges may apply)  Van Services from Jaffna to Colombo can    also  be arranged (extra cost) 
  10. Homemade meals can be organized for you during your vacation (additional cost) 
  11. If you have tenants or elderly individuals  residing on your property, we are happy to assist with their needs as well (extra cost) 
  12. Our staffs will visit your property once or twice a week for monitoring, depending on location, distance, and the chosen payment plan. 
  13. We also offer house repairs. Including electrical work, Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, Painting, and Full renovations.   How do we start our services? 1.Capture a video of the entire property

Plan A: Exterior maintenance for the house or Business places.

Plan B: Comprehensive maintenance for both the exterior and interior of the house  or business places.

Plan C: Interior cleaning services only.

 

“Please note that maintenance charges are negotiable and vary based on size and condition of the property, as well as the selected services.

How do we initiate our services for the first time?

  1. Obtain permission and relevant information from the home owner, land owner or business owner.
  2. Visit the property to conduct as assessment.
  3. Measure the size of the property. 
  4. Inspect the fences. 
  5. Inventory the trees and garden bushes. 
  6. Evaluate the exterior of the house for any structural damages and roofing Examine the water supply, well, and plumbing System.
